Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is free of wear or debris.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
